A man with Covid-19 was caught in a niqab and pretended to be his WIFE after boarding a flight in Indonesia.
- The man’s wife tested negative for Covid, so he tried to use her ID and PCR result.
- He was in a niqab, went through security and got on a plane in Jakarta.
- He changed in the plane’s bathroom and was spotted by a flight attendant.

The man, named only DW, wore Muslim clothing that covered his body and face when boarded a Citilink domestic flight from Jakarta to his hometown of Ternate.
The passenger’s wife tested negative for Covid, so he tried to use her ID and negative PCR results for the trip.

The passenger successfully passed security checks at the airport, managed to board the plane and was halfway there before being crashed.
The flight attendant told authorities that she saw him enter the plane’s bathroom and return in men’s clothing instead of a niqab.
She told the Ternate airport bosses who detained him as he got off the plane.
A health worker immediately tested him for Covid and the PCR test came back positive. CNN…
Ternate Covid Task Force Operations Leader Muhammad Arif Ghani said: “The airport immediately contacted the Ternate City Covid-19 Task Force team to evacuate a person wearing personal protective equipment and then take him by ambulance to his home for self-isolation“ where he will be watched by the officers of the task force. “

After he completes the period of self-isolation, the police said they intend to bring DW to justice.
Mr Ghani said airport security will be strengthened with additional checks in response to the incident.
Citilink is a low cost airline operated by Garuda Indonesia, the country’s main carrier.
Like many countries, Indonesia is experiencing a surge in Covid infections and is currently Asia’s hot spot for the virus.
Many of the newest cases are confirmed to be the Delta variety that has swept the world.
