Mood-based cycling classes: Peloton Mood Series

As part of their mission to “enable people to be the best version of themselves anywhere, anytime,” Peloton recently launched a series of lessons designed to address specific emotions often faced by motorcyclists. Dubbed the Pelton Mood Series, the classes include Happy, Sad, Angry, Peaceful and Confident and feature four to five classes for each discipline.

To develop the series, Peloton worked alongside Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, a board-certified psychiatrist and member of their brand Health and Wellness Advisory Council. This council advised “how the collection should be for members, the types of moods to include, and how to prepare instructors to teach classes.”

The new series is now available to group members globally.
