Inmate pushes part of a domino to his penis ‘to improve prison masturbation’

An ex-prisoner who pushed a portion of a domino into his penis to “ make masturbation better in prison ” is transferred to A&E two years later after accidentally hitting the 1.5 cm segment during sex

  • The former convict, 41, feared he had broken his penis after it swelled after sex
  • He hit the domino, causing severe bruising and infection
  • Doctors discovered that he had pushed an object into his penis in prison due to his “ sexual enhancement ”

A former convict feared that he had broken his penis during sex after he woke up with a heavily swollen member.

Instead, the 41-year-old hit the domino that he had thrust into his penis while in prison two years earlier.

The former drug addict carved a piece of domino in the shape of an arrow and inserted it between his skin and the muscles of the penis to enhance sexual stimulation.

The doctors in New York treating him assumed he cut his penis due to how swollen it was.

However, the unknown man did not experience any pain during sex, nor did he hear the frightening “pop” – the hallmark of a horrific injury.

Paramedics felt a 1.5 cm long body buried in his penis, which led him to admit what the lump actually was.

He revealed that during his time in prison he used a “pencil” to push a domino into his penis. Doctors noticed that his penis was infected and badly bruised.

The paramedics who published the story in Urology Case Reports revealed that he was given antibiotics to fight the bacterial infection.

Dr. Jason Eliagov and colleagues said he came back after 18 months for a follow-up and claimed he could have sex and urinate without problems.

However, they said he refused to undergo surgery to remove the domino portion – which was still buried under his skin.

Although the case was detailed in detail, the medics did not reveal how long he was in prison, or what crime he committed.

Dr. Eliagov and his team boasted that the case shed light on how to avoid surgical intervention.

In the medical journal, they wrote, they said the man’s plight was “unique” because of his benign and long-term tolerance.

They said the practice of inserting foreign bodies into the penis to enhance sexual stimulation is more common in Asian countries, particularly among gangsters.

In the United States, most reports of self-implanting objects in the penis are found among the imprisoned population.

They said problems usually appear within weeks because unsterilized objects can cause bacterial infections.
