American reality TV star Kylie Jenner received a three-year restraining order from the court against the stalker who tried to trespass on her home after trying to swim naked in her sister Kendall Jenner’s pool.
TMZ broke the news, the 27-year-old man – Shaquan King, was ordered by a judge at a hearing to maintain a minimum distance of 100 yards from Kylie for the next three years.
The restraining order also protects Kris and Kendall Jenner, as King attempted to encroach on their closed communities as well, after spending six hours in prison on charges of the alleged break-in to Kendall’s home.
King was charged with direct access to the gated community of Kylie last month after his release from prison. He was arrested and held behind bars for about six hours after being stripped naked by Kendall’s pool and banged on the windows of her home before security caught him. Police, at the time informed TMZ that his stay in prison was short due to COVID protocols.
Since then, Kendall has increased her personal security, and also obtained her own five-year restraining order against King.
Kylie was almost present at the court session. TMZ reported that she told the judge that a king’s alleged criminal background made her fear for her and her daughter.
According to legal documents obtained by the sources, Kylie’s legal team requested a five-year restraining order, but the judge said the alleged harassment was “short-lived” and agreed to it for a three-year term instead.
