Fortnite season 6 week 6 challenges: How to solve them

Epic Games has just revealed a diverse set of challenges for week 6 of the sixth season of Fortnite.

This week includes numerous challenges where locations must be sought out as well as challenges involving dealing damage to and eliminating opponents and some truly unique ones that haven’t been featured in the game before extensively.

Fortunately, Forbes has revealed the secrets to beating the new Fortnite challenges once again.

Here’s a quick look at all of the Fortnite season 6 week 6 challenge and how to solve them.

Elimination, item searches and more are on tap for week 6 of Fortnite’s season 6 challenges

The following challenges have been implemented into the game:

Free Challenges

· Place Chillers in different matches (0/3)

· Search a Chest in different Named Locations (0/7)

· Shotgun eliminations (0/3)(HARD)

Battle Pass Challenges

· Deal damage with a Pickaxe to opponents (0/250)

· Stage 1: Land at Shifty Shafts (0/1)

· Stage 1: Elimination with a Common weapon (0/1)

· Stage 1: Find a stand with Sheet Music in Pleasant Park (0/1)(HARD)

Place Chillers in different matches

This is a fairly simple and straightforward challenge that simply involves placing Chillers around the map.

Players don’t even have to hit enemy players with them, making it a quick and easy challenge that can be knocked off as soon as some Chillers are acquired.

Search a Chest in different Named Locations

This is another simple and self-explanatory challenge that can be done over the course of several matches.

Simply head to named locations on the map, keep an eye out for any Chests and search them as soon as you find them.

Shotgun Eliminations

Despite being pegged as a ‘hard’ challenge, this one is also fairly simple to do. Players should scavenge for shotguns and try to ambush opponents with them in buildings for quick kills or stake out a hidden position on the map and blast any hapless opponents that wander too close.

Deal damage with a Pickaxe to opponents

Dealing damage to opponents with a Pickaxe in the game will be a time-consuming and risky task.

For best results, it’s best not to attempt this challenge in solo matches, but rather in 50 vs. 50, duo and squad matches.

Stage 1: Land at Shifty Sands

This challenge is pretty straightforward as well, as players can polish it off at the beginning of the match by simply landing at the Shifty Sands location.

While there, they can also knock off some other challenges, including searching for Chests.

Stage 1: Elimination with a Common Weapon

This multistage challenge kicks off with eliminating opponents with a Common Weapon and steadily progresses to racking up kills with Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary Weapons.

The best way to finish the first stage is to scavenge for a Common Weapon, eliminate an opponent as soon as possible with it and steadily progress up the chain of new challenges.

Stage 1: Find a stand with Sheet Music in Pleasant Park

The first stage in a four-part challenge, the Sheet Music can be a bit tricky to find.

It’s actually located in the north-central part of Pleasant Park in the first Halloween-decorated house there.

The Sheet Music itself can be found on the lower floor, though the poor lighting in the building can make it difficult to spot at first.

Once the challenge has been completed, be sure to finish the entire match to make sure your progress has been saved. After stage one is done, stage two can be completed.
