The woman whose partner suddenly begins to hide her calls and messages, baffled when she tries to file a report of the missing, only to be told it is not there.

TikToker Kathrine Verb says she had been dating a man for two years, and saw herself having a future with him, including marriage and children, until the coronavirus pandemic broke out last year.

She explained, “I’ve been with a guy for two years and thought I would marry him, have his children, and spend the rest of our lives together.” “But then Covid hit me and unfortunately told me he thought he had it – she.”

“He said he was thinking of going to the hospital because he felt so bad, but then miraculously he started to feel better.”

However, after that day, Catherine never heard from her partner again, which led her to fear the worst.

“But the same day he told me he was feeling better that I had never heard from him again. He suddenly stopped answering all my calls, all of my text messages. After a week, his phone switched to voicemail directly.”

“I got scared and started calling the hospital, thinking that maybe something had happened while he was in the hospital, but he wasn’t there.”

After discovering that her partner has not been admitted to any of the local hospitals in the area, Catherine decides to call the police to inform them that her boyfriend has gone missing.

“I called the police and reported a missing person. Do you know what they told me? They told me that my friend was not there.”

“So my friend not only deceived me into faking his death, but also lied to me for two years about his true identity.”

After sharing her horrific experience online, Catherine’s video garnered nearly 500,000 likes, with many TikTok users reaching their own conclusions about what happened to him.

One user said, “He was 100% married then had to work from home,” while another commented, “Maybe I ran away from a serial killer. Phew, thank God he did!”

Meanwhile, others wondered if she had met any of his family or friends who could ask about his disappearance, but in another video Catherine explained that she only met him in hotels alone due to the distance between them.
