The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has announced that it will broadcast The Glastonbury Experience 2021 to replace the famous Glastonbury festival which has been canceled due to pandemic restrictions. During the virtual experience which will take place from 25 to 27 June, the BBC will broadcast footage from past performances at the festival, including exclusive unreleased footage. Glastonbury Experience 2021 will broadcast shows from iconic artists such as Radiohead and Kylie.
Glastonbury Experience 2021 will use multiple BBC networks such as BBC iPlayer, BBC Radio and BBC Sounds. In addition to past performances, the virtual festival experience will feature performances from Live at Worthy Farms and the accompanying documentary Live At Worthy Farms: Backstage. Glastonbury Experience 2021 is a great way to stay connected to the music scene during the summer in the absence of in-person music festivals.
